Azuki Dining Chair

Azuki Dining Chair by Keishi Yoshinaga for Miyazaki Chair Factory. Characterised by its shape, Azuki features back legs that have been bent towards the backrest. The backrest is thin enough to allow the ends of the bars to slide inside it. Designed with a minimal number of parts and thinly shaved wood makes Azuki lightweight and easily transportable. The dynamic grain of the wood emerges from the curved plank surface and rounded frame. A beautifully simple dining chair which has been created using Miyazaki’s superb wood crafting skills for which they are famous for.
