Piet Hein Chair Full Upholstery

The shapes of the Piet Hein chair by Sibast Furniture bear a striking resemblance to the Superellipse table that Hein designed with Bruno Matthsson and Arne Jacobsen. The harmonious geometric shape is used for the seat and back, which are supported by a stackable tubular steel frame. The chair was not put into production when first designed in 1968 but has now been revived by Sibast in close collaboration with Hein’s family. The elegant silhouette of the chair is both stable and welcoming. With or without arms.
